Queen Esther Walker was born on March 16,1928 in Freemont, WV. She departed this life on October 10, 2021. Mrs. Queen lived most of her life in Akron Ohio. She worked at Children’s Hospital for over 15 years until she retired, then went on to open her own business “Queens Bar B Q & Shrimp" on Copley Rd. She was a great cook. She enjoyed dancing, singing, into fashion, making money, entertaining guests and family, listening to music like Marvin Gay and Tyrone Davis. She was a member of The Order of The Eastern Star and also was a member of the Legionaires Ladies Auxiliary.

She lived a long life and was loved by many.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Thaddeus Walker, mother, Jesse Mae Harris, Father Leroy Harris, son Antonio Wilson, sisters Madeline Harris, Catherine Coleman, brothers John Harris, Charles Harris, son in law, Luevelt Tucker Sr, grandson Anthony Singleton, great-grandson, Jayden Medina; and great granddaughter, Ciaria Freeman.

Cherishing her loving memories, Sons Michael Wilson, Terry Davis Sr, Daughters Leanna Tucker, Deborah Jackson, step daughters Leona Walker, Deborah Walker, Daughter in laws Andrea Wiggleworth, Phyllis Ford, Grandchildren, Stephanie  Medina, Joseph (Chionne) Singleton, Demetrice Singleton, Amberlee Tucker, Luevelt Tucker Jr, Terry Davis Jr, Queen Davis, Brandy (Shawn) Knuckles and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Special Friends, Loretta Moore, Sandy Ferris, Seslee Dancy.
