Minister Roxanne Cooks was born November 11, 1955 and was summons to heaven on January 14, 2022. She was born in Akron, Ohio to Elizer Rachel Jones and Sylvester Jones.

Minister Cooks was a lifetime resident in Akron, Ohio. She graduated from Central Hower. Roxanne worked at Arbors at Fairlawn before she had to retire. Her joy was serving our Heavenly Father. She was a seamstress who enjoyed making clothes. Minister Cooks was a devoted member of Miracle Revival Fellowship Church.

She successfully completed requirements for the School of Biblical Studies on June 16, 1996. Minister Cooks was presented the Nehemiah Award for outstanding Godly service in ministry on December 14, 2007. Minister Roxanne Cooks also received a Certificate of License from The Gospel Ministry on February 8, 2015.

Roxanne is preceded in death by her very precious mother, Elizer R. Jones; father, Sylvester Jones; and brother, Laconya L. Jones.

She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory; brother, Marvell Jones, Clevester Jones; nephews, Laconya Jones II, Sylvester Jones, and special great nephew, Trey Jones. Minister Cook had no children but had many Godchildren, including Goddaughter, Marvita Starks, special uncle, Leonard Cooks and a host of friends and family.
