Razhaunte Merritt

Razhaunte Marquis (Bravo) Merritt was born January 29th, 1998, to Rosetta Merritt & Anthony Washington. He attended Akron Public Schools K-12 & later graduated from Cincinnati Job Corps in 2016. As a child, Razhaunte had a passion for building things & playing with toy trucks. 

His passion followed him into adulthood where he later studied construction, became an entrepreneur and owner of "Bravo Builders Inc". Razhaunte was very caring, full of laughter & always tried to help others. He was very intelligent, outgoing & always uplifted those around him. In his free time, he enjoyed working out, building new projects, spending time with family, friends, & his dog, Roxy.

Razhaunte will always be remembered by his beautiful smile and generous spirit. He was a wonderful father, brother, son, grandson, uncle and friend, he will be truly missed by all. He is preceded in death by his great-grandmother Susie Mae Williams, grandfather Willie Vaughn Merritt and uncle Demetrius L. Merritt.

Razhaunte's spirit lives on through his mother Rosetta Merritt, father Anthony Washington, grandmother Hazel Merritt, his son Riley Merritt-Ramos with Delsa Ramos, daughter Alaiya Rayne Merritt & bonus child Ameina Walker with the love of his life Aniya Miller ,sisters Reshaunda Merritt, Reshanea Merritt, Requetta Merritt, Tasha Young, Tayona Mitchell, Shanean Washington, brothers Anthony Wilson & William Washington, uncles Darrell Merritt, Darnell Parker, Willie Vaughn Jr, Charles (Sandra) Brown, Jimmie Brown, aunts Loretta Parker, Selina Jackson, special cousins Darrail Parker and Francel (Yolanda) Parker, best friend Leonard Thomas & a host of other nieces and nephews. Razhaunte will always be remembered for his endless kindness, loving heart & positive influence on others. His legacy will always live on.
