Lyric Michelle Ayers was born February 8, 2007, in Akron, Ohio, and departed this life suddenly on October 22, 2026.
Lyric attended Arlington Christian Academy through eighth grade and graduated from Our Lady of the Elms High School. Bright, ambitious, and determined, she dreamed of becoming a registered nurse. After her first year at Ursuline College, she transferred to Stark State College to be closer to home while continuing her nursing education.
Lyric was both book-smart and street-smart, with a creative mind and entrepreneurial spirit. Even in elementary school, she once got in trouble for selling candy at lower prices because she believed the school charged too much. Her independent thinking reflected her drive and determination.
A talented hairstylist and certified lash technician, Lyric built a growing clientele, inspiring her mother to create a beauty salon for her in their basement. She was also an excellent cook who loved photographing her creations.
Beautiful, outgoing, and full of life, Lyric loved time with family and friends. Her infectious laughter, often heard throughout the house during phone conversations, brought joy to those around her. At family dinners, she would sample everyone else's food while saving her own meal to take home. These precious moments captured the humor and individuality that made her so special.
Though her life was far too brief, Lyric leaves a lasting legacy of ambition, laughter, creativity, love, and treasured memories.
