Floyd Steven Roberts II

Floyd “Buzz” S. Roberts II, 63, of Alliance, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2026, in Alliance. He was born on November 16, 1962, in Alliance, Ohio.

Buzz dedicated more than 25 years of his life to working as a truck driver, a career that reflected his strong work ethic, determination, and dedication. While he took great pride in his work, his greatest joy was found in the time he spent with his family and those closest to him.

Buzz was also a devoted companion to his beloved Rottweiler, Schultz, who was more than just a dog, he was his best friend and a cherished part of his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edith Roberts and Floyd Roberts. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his son, Floyd “Red” Roberts; his three daughters, Amee Roberts, Shaunte Roberts, and Ashley Garren; his two sisters, Phyllis Roberts and Marcia (Walt) Thomas; five grandchildren; and a host of beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.

Buzz will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his dedication to his work, his loyalty to those he cared for, and the special bonds he shared with the people and companions who meant the most to him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
