Errol Sadler Jr.

Errol Sadler, Jr. was born in Akron, Ohio on January 29, 1964, to Errol Sadler, Sr. and Palmer Jean Sadler. Errol went into his rest with The Most High suddenly on October 14, 2025,in Akron, Ohio. Errol spent his childhood years growing up in Akron, Ohio as one of the Lake Street Crew children in the safe haven of the neighborhood blocks that make up Lake Street.

Even as a child Errol loved to be on the move.His summers were spent building bicycles and riding his moped all over the city of Akron. As an adult he did not like to stay in one spot for too long, he would announce, “Y’all know I don’t stay anywhere for more than 15 minutes, but I will be back later”. Errol was known as “Little Earl” as a child. As he grew into adulthood, he earned the nickname of “Sapbone” from his friends. And with the advent of grandchildren, he gained the additional name of “Pop-Pop”.

Errol attended Lincoln Elementary, Thornton Junior High, graduating from Garfield High School. At Garfield High School he excelled at football where he was deemed as “All-City Errol” and was a member of the U.S. Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program.

Errol met Kora Mae Hamilton and the two married on February 14, 2002, in Akron, Ohio.The couple grew a family that included four children: Shauntay, Airyck, Aris, and Arisha.

Errol was an entrepreneur owning and operating ESJ Transportation, LLC. Errol served as a manager for Swensons West before moving to Charlotte, North Carolina where he and his family lived for ten years before returning to Akron, Ohio. Errol was employed as Manager for Walk In The Park Restaurant in Akron, Ohio. Errol was currently employed again with Swensons of Akron, Ohio as Assistant Manager.

Errol loved and adored his momma, Palmer, he loved his wife, Kora Mae, his children, his brother, David, his sisters, his grandchildren, his family and his friends. Errol was a very giving man, he gave his love to those he knew, and extending care towards those he did not know. It was not unusual for him to see the unfortunate on the streets where he would pull up to them to provide a meal.

Errol was preceded in death by the love of his life—his wife, Kora Mae Hamilton-Sadler, and his father Errol Sadler, Sr. He leaves to treasure his memory: Devoted Mother—Palmer Jean Sadler-Myers (Woodrow) of Akron, OH; Brothers—David E. Arrasheed) Hamilton-Baxter of Akron, OH; Sister-In-Laws—Joslyn Mobley, Melissa (Antwain) Johnson-Price, Shante' Hamilton all of Akron, OH; Nephews—Lee Cotton III, Sian Cotton, Keith A.
