Eric James Murphy

Born in New Jersey August 26, 1973 and received his heavenly wings in Akron, Ohio July 16, 2019. Eric was loved by his family, friends, and everyone who's life he entered. Eric loved playing video games, going to church, reading his bible and spending time with his wife and grandchildren. He was a dedicated man of God, an amazing papaw, father and husband. He is survived by wife, Cathy Murphy; daughters, Airca Sinor (Cory), Tineka Chambers; sons, Josh and Jarvis Johnson, James Hameed; parents, James and June Stephens; sisters, Frances Murphy (David), Charlene Murphy (Anthony) and Tonya Murphy; brothers, Lawrence Murphy and Steven Murphy; in-laws, Brenda and Gary Vallencourt, Belle and Earl Allen and uncle Kenny Patterson; also granddaughters; Alana Russell, Naomi Russell and Cori Sinor; many nieces, nephews and everyone else who knew and loved him.
