Charlene Rena Williams was born on July 10th 1961 in Chicago Illinois. She was the second beautiful daughter to Charles and Roslyn Williams. The Williams family relocated to Akron, Ohio when Charlene was very young. She was baptized at Church of Deliverance, where she sung in the choir.
